BLK Innovate operates Joymore Calendar Operations for authorized Joymore personnel. This policy explains how this integration accesses, uses, stores, and shares information, including information received from Google APIs.

1. Information we access

When an authorized user connects a Google account, the integration may access:

  • the account email address and basic profile information;
  • calendar event identifiers, titles, start and end times, organizers, creators, attendees, response statuses, and synchronization metadata; and
  • availability needed to determine whether a proposed Call Party or Dial Block conflicts with another event.

2. How Google Calendar data is used

Calendar data is used only to provide the integration’s user-facing functions:

  • displaying busy intervals and suggesting shared calling time;
  • creating, updating, and deleting calendar events specifically managed through Reps Control;
  • reconciling authorized meeting attendee information with Joymore’s approved sales workflows; and
  • operating, securing, troubleshooting, and auditing those functions.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Storage and security

Google OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Calendar synchronization data and operational records are stored in access-controlled systems and protected using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.

4. Sharing

Information is available only to authorized Joymore users and to service providers that operate infrastructure on BLK Innovate’s instructions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service, users, or others. Google user data is not transferred for independent advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Retention and deletion

Calendar connection data is retained while the integration is authorized and as needed to provide and secure the service. Disconnecting a calendar removes its stored authorization and synchronized meeting history. Limited operational or audit records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

6. Your choices

Users may revoke the integration from their Google Account permissions or use the in-product disconnect control. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact info@blkinnovate.com.

7. Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
