Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Joymore Calendar Operations, a private integration operated by BLK Innovate for Joymore. By connecting an account or using the integration, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized by Joymore to do so.

1. Permitted use

The integration may be used only for authorized Joymore business operations. You must not provide access to unauthorized persons, interfere with the service, attempt to extract credentials, or use the integration unlawfully.

2. Google authorization

Calendar access is granted by the Google account holder and remains subject to Google’s terms. You are responsible for connecting only accounts you are authorized to use. Authorization may be revoked at any time through Google Account settings or the integration’s disconnect control.

3. Managed calendar actions

Authorized users may instruct the integration to create, update, or delete managed events. Availability recommendations are operational suggestions and should be reviewed before scheduling. Users remain responsible for confirming that calendar actions are appropriate.

4. Service availability

The integration is provided on an as-available basis. BLK Innovate may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue functionality when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, third-party platform changes, or the applicable client engagement.

5. Third-party services

The integration depends on third-party services, including Google APIs and hosting providers. BLK Innovate does not control and is not responsible for interruptions or changes to those services.

Use of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
